Meet Our Advisors
Mr. Vo Anh Linh
Founder, Chairman
Co-founder, Vice Chairman
Mr. Linh is currently the Chairman of iCapital, overseeing investment performance, monitoring governance standards, and making decisions regarding organizational strategy. Mr. Linh started his career at Deloitte Vietnam from 2004 to 2007, then became Deputy Investment Director at Vietnam National Wealth Fund SCIC until 2015. In 2016, he joined GELEX and Tran Phu Mechanical Electric – two major players in the electric equipment industry in Vietnam, where he previously held leadership positions before moving on to new ventures.
Mr. Dau Minh Lam
Co-founder, Vice Chairman
Mr. Lam is currently the Vice Chairman of iCapital, managing the investment process of the firm with a focus on deal sourcing, fintech, and asset management. In 2001, Mr. Lam started his career at Bao Viet Fund – one of the top investment funds in Vietnam – and gained extensive experience in various positions from Head of Investment to CEO and eventually Chairman. He also served as Chairman of Bao Viet Securities (BVSC) and was a member of the Board at Bao Viet Holdings. Currently, Mr. Lam is the BOD member at GELEX.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong
Investment Director
Mr. Cong is currently the Investment Director of iCapital, working closely on deal sourcing, investment evaluation and transaction execution. Mr. Cong began his career at Bao Viet Fund – one of the top investment funds in Vietnam with exposure to both the public and private market. He covered many industries including Banking, Insurance, Rubbers, Light industrials, etc. and over 75% of his stock picks outperformed the broad market. Mr. Cong is also a CFA Charter Holder and is actively involved in the Vietnamese CFA community.
Mrs. Tran Thi Len
Chief Accountant
Mrs. Len is currently the Chief Finance Officer of iCapital, managing internal financial and accounting activities. Mrs. Len had 6 years experience as senior accountant at hydroelectric company Song Da 5, before joining Post and Telecommunication Construction company as Chief Accountant in 2014.

Mr. Dang Minh Quang
Investment Analyst
Mr. Quang is working as Investment Analyst of iCapital, covering Real Estate, Industrials, and Natural Rubber sector. He received a BA in Finance from Foreign Trade University. He also passed CFA Level 2, scoring above 90th percentile. Before joining iCapital, he had worked at Audit & Assurance Department at Deloitte Vietnam and Financial Consulting Function at KPMG Vietnam.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan
Investment Analyst
Ms. Ngan is currently the Investment Analyst of iCapital, responsible for Logistics, Garment and Consumer Goods industry. She graduated from Foreign Trade University with an outstanding degree in Banking and International Finance. By participating numerous competitions involving Data Analysis and Project Financing, Ngan has accumulated critical thinking and analytical skills.
Mr. Nguyen Dang Quoc Huy
Investment Analyst
Mr. Huy is currently the Investment Analyst of iCapital, responsible for Utilities, Oil&Gas, and Retail industry. He graduated from Foreign Trade University with a distinction degree in International Business Administration. He was a member of the FTU team, which was awarded Runner-up of Vietnam Local 2022-2023 | CFA Institute Research Challenge.
