As part of our investment expansion, we are launching the ITP program to recruit 02–03 high-potential interns, with the capability to become full-time members of iCapital Investment Team. The recruitment schedule is as follows:
🔹 Round 1: CV Screening
We will review your academic background, relevant experiences, and motivation for joining iCapital.
🔹 Round 2: Knowledge & Analytical Thinking Test
A written assessment covering basic investment knowledge, financial logic, and critical thinking skills.
🔹 Round 3: Stock Analysis Submission
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a brief analysis of a stock or sector, which will be announced later, to demonstrate their research ability and investment insight.
🔹 Round 4: Final Interview & Presentation
Candidates will present their analysis to the investment team and participate in a behavioral interview to assess cultural fit, mindset, and long-term commitment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Investment Team in collecting data, info for industry, company analysis, and deal valuation.
- Support gathering macroeconomic data, and information to support investment activities.
- Support the Investment Team with the preparation of investment reports, pitch materials, and presentations for clients, shareholders, and board members.
- Independently identify and propose investment opportunities, conduct analysis, and present investment deals to clients, shareholders, and Board members when assigned by the Investment Team.
- Perform research, fieldworks, and connect with companies and industries as assigned.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, industry experts, and other stakeholders related to investment activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Investment Team.
Who We’re Looking For
- Preference is given to third or fourth-year students, or candidates with less than one year of experience, particularly those majoring in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Passionate about learning new knowledge; diligent and hardworking.
- Possess logical and critical thinking skills.
- Responsible and able to work under high pressure.
- Strong passion for investment work with practical experience in stock investment.
- Career-oriented in the investment industry.
- Have experience in investment analysis, including industry and company analysis.
- Have basic knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and valuation models. Capable of delivering a comprehensive investment deal evaluation report.
- Preference for candidates with experience in securities firms, investment companies, funds, or participated in finance/investment competitions.
