As part of our investment expansion, we are recruiting 02 analysts. The recruitment schedule is as follows:
🔹 Round 1: CV Screening
We will review your academic background, relevant experiences, and motivation for joining iCapital.
🔹 Round 2: Knowledge & Analytical Thinking Test
A written assessment covering basic investment knowledge, financial logic, and critical thinking skills.
🔹 Round 3: Stock Analysis Submission
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a brief analysis of a stock or sector, which will be announced later, to demonstrate their research ability and investment insight.
🔹 Round 4: Final Interview & Presentation
Candidates will present their analysis to the investment team and participate in a behavioral interview to assess cultural fit, mindset, and long-term commitment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-depth research on industries and companies, building robust financial models to support deal valuation.
- Gather and analyze macroeconomic data to inform our investment strategies and identify emerging trends.
- Prepare high-quality and insightful pitch materials, and impactful presentations for clients, shareholders, and board members.
- Independently identify and propose promising investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive analysis and presenting your findings to key stakeholders.
- Conduct fieldwork and engage directly with companies and industry experts to gather crucial insights.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, industry experts, and other stakeholders vital to our investment activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Investment Team
Who We’re Looking For
- More than one year of proven experience in investment analysis, particularly in finance, economics, corporate finance. We especially value backgrounds from securities firms, investment companies, funds, audit & advisory firms. For recent graduates: Experience participating in investment analysis competitions is a significant plus and can, in some cases, substitute for real-world experience.
- A genuine, strong passion for investment, especially value investing work backed by practical experience in stock investment. You’re career-oriented in the investment industry and eager to continuously learn and grow. A strong passion for value investing is a significant plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and valuation models. The ability to deliver a comprehensive investment deal evaluation report is crucial.
- Possess strong logical and critical thinking skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Responsible, diligent, hardworking, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
